Having completed successful careers in engineering, construction, major projects and programme management, Colber was awarded a scholarship from the Royal Academy of Engineering to research qualitative and proactive risk in business. His work developing fast-tracked quick wins and sustainable continual improvement in property, housing, regeneration and engineering has been unparalleled.

As such, Colber has become an expert in optimising public and private sector professional services. Specialising in infrastructure, regeneration, programme and project management and organisational behaviour and change, Colber delivers technical, managerial and professional services solutions. He has sector extensive experience in London, around the UK, in Europe and within the Middle East.

As Managing Partner, Colber has overall responsibility for the business and often operates as a troubleshooter.

Viewers of Sky News and ITV 1 Wales and listeners to BBC Radio in Wales will be familiar with Mai. Her career has taken her into a journalism, television and radio broadcasting. As a news anchor, current affairs and political presenter she has gained a reputation as being a tough interviewer and well informed journalist.

Lawrence is a certified accountant with over 20 experience in finance.

Danesh is a law graduate and highly experienced Procurement Professional with over 13 years experience, supported by membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchase and Supply (MCIPS).

Reporting predominantly at Director and Board level, Danesh has
in-depth strategic and tactical experience of purchasing, developing
bespoke sourcing strategies and has led multi-million pound
projects and OJEU procurement, within public and private sector organisations.

Danesh's clients include:

London Contracts and Supplies Group (LCSG), where Danesh led the
development of the largest recruitment advertising consortium
contract in the Public Sector.

Fujitsu Services, where as part of an outsource contract, he led the procurement function for a large financial services blue chip and provided strategic sourcing strategies and consultancy on contracts and bids of up to £150M.

London Borough of Hillingdon, where Danesh formulated and developed innovative strategies to help deliver Council wide efficiencies and savings.

Reliance Security Services, where he managed all aspects of purchasing throughout the organization.

Vinci Park, where he implemented a central procurement function.

Danesh joins Adamian to lead on client focused corporate procurement.

Ken brings 15 years experience as a Public Sector, and international corporate blue-chip Headhunter. Ken's philosophy of operating internally with leading clients on senior level recruitment strategies fits well with the Adamian model.

Even top name companies struggle with new and different skill demands and wrestle with how to source the right individuals with the relevant technical skill-set for the job at hand. Not least is the question of how to manage service delivery but how do you attract and retain skilled individuals in a candidate short market?

We have found working for our clients, that a far greater creativity needs to be applied to the problem. Companies have to clearly identify their strategic imperatives and then organise people to support them.

Ken balances his work with Adamian with that as the General Manager for an independent international search firm based within the City of London.
